Comments: ESS went above and beyond and tried to walk my Mom through a security system problem in order to prevent a needless trip to the house. We did however need a new system the old one was done. They replaced all necessary components and had the system up and running in an hour. The price was more than reasonable. I had contact with 3 people there all exceptional customer service skills.

These guys are great. They did a service call for me a week after a major hurricane. They were able to order the correct parts needed to fix my security system before even coming out and looking at it. Everyone was great -from Brian who answered the phone originally to Jason the technician who came out. Would definitely recommend this company.
